Penn Glee Club
The Penn Glee Club takes pride in its distinctive blend of choral excellence and theatrical showmanship. Its recently released album features the full SATB choir, SSAA and TTBB chamber choirs, Penn Pipers, Penn Sirens, and the Penn Glee Club Band.
Penn Glee Club Band
The Penn Glee Club Band is an ensemble at the University of Pennsylvania that blends rock, funk, and hip hop into its own unique sound. The group plays covers of popular songs, using its beefy horn section and talented vocalists to mesh classics and hits.
Penn Sirens
The Penn Sirens, founded in 2011, is the premier SSAA vocal ensemble of the University of Pennsylvania. A subset of the University of Pennsylvania Glee Club, the Penn Sirens performs a vast array of engaging and diverse music, from traditional choral, jazz, and Broadway to contemporary pop and rock. The Penn Sirens aspire to give its members every opportunity to share their talents with communities both near and far.
Penn Pipers
The Penn Pipers, founded in 1950, is the oldest a cappella group at the University of Pennsylvania. A subset of the University of Pennsylvania Glee Club, the Penn Pipers covers a wide range of music, from doo-wop, barbershop, and vocal jazz, to contemporary and pop songs. The Pipers develop and explore the edge of a cappella singing while still maintaining their unique heritage.
